From the Favorite Sculptors Line—a series that brings garage kits by renowned sculptors into fully finished products comes “Iris: Descent of the Evil God” from “Gamera 3: Awakening of Iris” (released 1999), sculpted by Tanaka Museum Studio!
Evolving in response to Ayana Hirasaka's hatred, Iris has reached its mature form. This time, utilizing the prototype from renowned garage kit dealer Tanaka Museum Studio, it is commercialized as a pre-painted completed model with an imposing size: approx. 74cm tall (including base) and approx. 108cm wide.
The figure beautifully captures every detail of Iris, adorned with wings of light, descending majestically upon the ancient capital of Kyoto.
To faithfully reproduce its intricate sculpting, polyurethane resin (PUR) was primarily used as the product material.
We minimized “deviation” from the original prototype to achieve a quality as close as possible to the original.
Furthermore, light-up gimmicks are built into various parts, allowing you to enjoy the same immersive experience as in the show.
